The Music Academy Let's make music together! Our school is entering its 60th year as the region's leading non-profit community music school.

For over 60 years, The State College Music Academy has been the region’s leading community music school, offering high quality music instruction for students of all ages and abilities. We continue to encourage children and adults to pursue musical education and training. Our objective is for all of our students to realize their "personal best." Many of our faculty hold advanced degrees in the instruments they instruct, providing top of the line musical training and education. The Music Academy hosts many student recitals, workshops, performance opportunities, scholarship competitions, and other special events. This provides students with a chance to show off their talents to family and friends and to open doors to future musical opportunities. We offer convenient payment plans and arrangements. No musical talent should miss out on advanced training due to an imperfect financial standing.

You’re invited to our Suzuki Strings Parent Talk! 🎻

Whether you have been involved in our Suzuki program for many years, or are simply wondering if Suzuki violin/cello is right for your child-- we hope you will join us for an informative Parent Talk on Sunday, September 6 from 4-5pm.

Led by our Suzuki Coordinator, Delia Ceres, this is a fantastic way to learn more about the fundamentals of the Suzuki Method and how to best support your child in their musical journey.

This is a Hybrid meeting, so you are welcome to attend in person at The Music Academy (3060 Enterprise Drive, Suite 114, State College, PA 16803) OR via Zoom (meeting link in comments).
