We are a small and nurturing environment that emphasizes learning by doing. Our innovative project-based, hands-on curriculum integrates the latest technology and motivates our students to reach their full potential. Each year, our second trimester projects culminate in the All School Expo, which will be held Thursday, March 5th at CLC. Students will be presenting their exhibits from 11am - noon and 1:30pm - 2:30pm. All CLC families are welcome and encouraged to attend. Hope to see you there!

Congratulations to our LEGO League team, CLC Clam Clan, for finishing 5th out of 47 teams in the Robot Game and 2nd for Core Values at the FLL Central PA Championships this weekend!

Good luck to the CLC Clam Clan, our LEGO League team, who will be competing in the Central PA Championships this Saturday at Central Cambria High School! They will be competing against 46 other teams in a LEGO robot programming competition, which also includes an innovation project presentation. They showed off their skills at an all-school assembly on Wednesday and are ready to roll!

CLC students are making 10 blankets and will be delivering them to homeless shelters around Centre County before the Thanksgiving break. In our Social Emotional Learning (SEL) classes this week, students discussed altruism. Studies have shown that altruistic acts are linked to feelings of well being. There is a little bit of irony there if you think about the definition of altruism which was also part of our discussion. 😁
