Global Connections

Global Connections Global Connections strives to foster intercultural understanding among all people. We are a member-driven community non-profit and a United Way partner agency.

Our regularly scheduled monthly meetings are on the 1st Wednesday of each month! Global Connections is the "heart" of intercultural connections based in State College but reaching far beyond. Global Connections provides essential support for internationals, offers rich cultural sharing and learning opportunities to local American residents, and connects people from different cultures for meaningful relationships. Our mission is to foster intercultural understanding and to build a strong, inclusive community wherein all feel welcome.

Introducing our newest PR Intern, Shea-Geneau Pasha! She is a graduate student at the One-Year Smeal College of Business MBA program.

She was introduced to our Global Connections Community by fellow peers. Her favorite things to do are dance and watch Penn State football games! We are looking forward to be working with her this year as our new intern. Welcome to the team, Shea-Geneau!
