BIG CHANGES HAPPENING!

It’s been an outrageous adventure over the last five years, and I’ve been so honored to journey with you as you laugh, cry, and grow. Together, we have written the most incredible chapter:
- beautiful memories all over the world
- deeply authentic, lifelong friendships with women from all over the country
- joyful celebration and sincere support

As women we are always growing, ever evolving and expanding into our potential. And that means listening to our inner wisdom and making space for new seasons of growth!

Just like I encourage you to find your true north, I have been diligently working on mine.

OUTRAGEOUS NEWS
Beginning Monday, I am stepping out into an exciting (and yes, slightly terrifying) new season. More on that below… for now, let’s talk about how it impacts my coaching practice.

WHAT'S CHANGING:
- The portal (Coach Accountable) will be shut down.
- I’m creating a new « Everything Page » on liveoutrageously.podia.com so I can give you ALL of my resources and tools for future use. My courses, worksheets, master classes, webinars, meditations, journaling prompts, etc. will all be there. The entire library will be available for $10.
- All future retreats will be canceled.
- SisterMind plans will be stopped after your January invoice/payment/withdrawal. Annual plans prorated and refunded.

YOU STILL CAN:
- Download portal notes, worksheets & videos until 1/31.
- Go to Paris: I’ll connect you with my favorite bespoke travel planner in Paris (she’s from Texas!)
- Meet with the SisterMind on January 28th at 7:30ET. All current/former members are invited to join us.
- Chat on the Live Outrageously WhatsApp channels (comment below for an invite)
- Our beloved League of Outrageous Women will be having a year full of SERIOUS fun, so be sure you join the private group and check out all we have planned in Chicago, Pittsburgh and more!!

WHAT'S NEXT FOR ME?
I know this may come as a bit of sudden shift for you, but it has been quietly brewing for a while. Here’s the awesome reason for the change:

🇺🇸 I am so thrilled to share that I have been chosen as an official delegate for the UN’s 69th Commission on the Status of Women. As a result I’ll be spending a little more time in NYC and DC this year.

📚 My book about women’s midlife identity crises will be released later this year.

👩‍🎓I am returning to get my degree in Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies at Penn State. I start classes Monday!

My dream and vision for this new chapter of life is to be a committed changemaker, leader, and advocate in the global fight for gender equity. I want to be a champion for women and girls, a voice for the voiceless.

I can’t wait to create a beautiful new chapter of life on the blank page before me! Thank you!

Day 8 of your 12 Days of Transformation is to envision (or "visioneer", as I like to call it) your life at this time next year.
Making a resolution that isn't rooted in your values or setting goals that don't move the needle closer to your vision is really just setting yourself up for failure.
So take some time to imagine yourself next December. Who do you want to be? How do you want to have changed and evolved?
Don't forget this step. Otherwise, you're just throwing spaghetti at the wall or trying to meet other people's expectations of you!

Embracing change is like updating your tech—necessary yet mildly uncomfortable. But in the end, you're glad that you did it.

Activity: Choose one small change to implement today, whether it’s trying a new route home or switching up your lunch routine.

Day 5: Finding joy in the right community of people for you is like discovering a secret menu at your favorite café—unexpected and delightful. How do you nurture relationships with people who are your "mountaintop friends"? They're the ones who hold space for us to grow, to get into the messy middle and work out our own evolution. They're where we find strength (and the best gossip)!

Activity: Organize a virtual coffee date with a friend this week. Reconnect and share what’s been inspiring you lately!

Day 4 of our 12 Days of Transformation is all about confronting FEAR.

Facing your fear doesn't mean that you are fearless. It means you have learned how to dance with it. What fear are you ready to face and conquer?

Activity: This week, pick a small fear to face head-on. Maybe it's trying a new cuisine or speaking assertively in a meeting. Share your plan or experience in the comments, and let's support each other in our journeys of growth and courage!

Day 3 of our 12 Days of Transformation shines a light on understanding your core values. If you don't know what your values are, how can you live by them?

Activity: Start by listing what truly matters to you. Is it family, growth, creativity, or something else?

Once you have your list, prioritize them. This ranking helps clarify decisions and align actions with your true self.

Then, reflect on how these values influence your daily choices and interactions.

Remember, core values guide you through life's complexities, acting as a compass for personal and professional growth.

Make sure the choices you make are aligned and move the needle towards a life you value and love deeply.

I’m about to help four very lucky guys tonight. This is for those of you who never know what to get your woman. I’ve got your back!

Here’s the big secret:

She wants time off.
She wants be feminine.
She wants to enjoy beautiful things.
She wants to not do dishes for a week.
She wants to be pampered.

And the honest truth is she works SO hard. In fact, the signs are easy to see: she’s either furious holiday shopping, breakneck decorating, and overachiever baking OR she’s stopped caring about much at all, and you feel like she’s just burned out and needs a break.

So hear me out…

what would happen if you sent her on a grand adventure to PARIS this spring?

She’s always wanted to go. (I know this because all women want to go. It’s a thing.)

No kids, no work, no house, no roles to play or hats to wear… just a weeklong break from it all to reset and play.

And we aren’t talking goat yoga and green smoothies — we’re talking a fun, fancy, and fabulous itinerary that helps her explore who she is as a woman while enjoying the City of Light!

You know she’ll come back a changed woman. Her cup will be brimming over with joy and beautiful self-knowing!

She’ll insist on taking better care of herself.

She might want to show you what she learned at burlesque class. 😊

She’ll bring you back some of the infamous butter and chocolate we all rave about, and both of you will never look back!

And if you’re lucky… wait, who am I kidding? You’re definitely going to get lucky. Zero doubt there! 😏

Here’s what you do:

1️⃣ Go to https://tri.ps/zoozB and make a secret deposit to hold her spot on our Paris retreat. I have four spots left as of this post.

2️⃣ Ask her what her favorite color is (if you don’t know). Private message me the color and where to ship her luggage!

3️⃣ Make sure her passport is current. If it isn’t, I’ll send you instructions on how to renew.

4️⃣ I’ll message you details about flights once you’ve registered so you can buy plane tickets and print them out.

5️⃣ Put a bow on the 3 suitcases I send, slip the tickets in a holiday card, and stand under the mistletoe!
