‘Twas the night before school starts for 26-27 school year and the school buses are all tucked in and ready to go. The buildings have been cleaned and prepped for great learning. Bus drivers, teachers, cooks and all the support staff have set out their first day of school clothes and set their alarms so they are not late to meet and greet all our new Trojans for the year! Go Trojans and have a great first day!

Welcome back to the 26-27 school year. Here are a few reminders of breakfast times, school start hours and dismissal times. Included are the phone numbers for the offices in each building. We can’t wait to welcome your kids back for a great year!

School starts Monday August 24th and school buses are a huge part of getting students to and from school and events. Bus drivers have a hard job of being focused on the road while listening to what may be going on in the back of the bus. We also couldn't do it with our bus subs in the district that get thrown on a route they don't run all the time. Please help keep everyone safe and review the rules of when a bus is stopped or getting ready to stop. By following the rules of the road, it will help keep you from getting a nasty fine and a possible accident. Also as a reminder please do NOT park on the East side of the elementary building in the bus lane and go slow along that road as kids will dart out between buses and not be paying any attention that a vehicle may be driving down that road. Let's have a great year and keep everyone safe!

If you want a break from the football scrimmage tonight or take advantage of the Chick-Fil-A truck check out Volleyball while they are over there also.

MATCH DAY: Trojan Volleyball will take the court in a scrimmage at South Tama.
Match Schedule:
5:30 PM - Varsity
6:30 PM - JV/JV2

Staff at West Marshall Elementary had 2 packed full days of professional development this week. They spent time defining their shared vision for our students and learned about the connection between childhood experiences and students’ brain development, among other things!

Football Scrimmage at South Tama Friday 21st. Here is some information.

SCHEDULE: 5:30 pm- Frosh Game

7:00 pm- Varsity Game

ADMISSION GATE: There is no admission charged for the scrimmage

Fans are asked to bring a sports drink to donate to a team of their choice

CONCESSIONS: Concession stand will not be open- plan accordingly
We will have a food truck on site (Chick-Fil-A)
