> Ty Barnes was awarded a scholarship to Penland this summer

> Jacob Craig earned a like achievement to a workshop at Penland as well

> Molly Howell will be studying at the Art Institute of Chicago in their masters program

> Shelby Nichols will fill the Artist In Residence position at the Noxubee Wildlife Refuge this summer, just before going to Colorado for a workshop at Anderson Ranch on scholarship
