Our organization is composed of woman who value academic excellence, professional growth, leadership, womanhood, and community service. We encourage and motivate women to establish and use leadership skills that will not only enhance themselves, but all those they come in contact with. Our goal is not only to succeed in all endeavors, but to excel beyond the typical expectations of the norm.

We’re TEN!!
I.D.E.A.L. Woman has become one of the most influential organizations on campus for minority women! 🤗 We have enjoyed all of the years filled with hard work, dedication, and joy! I.D.E.A.L. Woman has produced the leaders of tomorrow by supporting all of our members in anything they do! 💪💜 Our 10 year anniversary is coming up on October 15, 2019! 🎊🎉🎈Come out and join us in celebrating our continuous success in the Holmes Cultural Diversity Center!
