Helping kids (and adults too!) prevent heat-related illnesses is always COOL! Remember to stay hydrated and take a cool-off break if needed!

On Friday, we celebrated a birthday, a graduation and we had the cutest aliens in Starkville!

We're seeing an uptick in Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease. Parents, if your little one has a fever, mouth sores, or a rash on their hands and feet, it could be HFMD. It's common, very contagious, and mostly affects kids under 5. The good news? Most children feel better within a week with plenty of rest and fluids. Keep them home while symptoms are active, and call us if fever persists or your child isn't drinking well.
