Show description: When the Angel of Death visits a mental hospital to collect someone on his list, he accidentally reveals himself to the wrong person. After struggling to convince the patients of his identity, Death attempts to correct his potentially fatal mistake and demands to know which one of them is actually the one he came for. But the patients refuse to give up their friend’s true identity, even after Death insists that if he doesn’t perform the touch of death within the allotted time, the consequences could be disastrous. Death must resort to drastic measures and even joins the group session in order to win this deadly battle of wits.

Our JROTC Yellow Jacket Battalion was honored to present the Colors during this week's National Night Out event hosted by Starkville Police Department. The annual event aims to strengthen the partnership between law enforcement and the community while demonstrating the values of leadership, citizenship, and service.

The Colors were presented by Cadet Taylen Davenport, Cadet Rakyla Brown, Cadet Andrew George, and Cadet Logan Kroner.

Thank you to the Starkville Police Department for allowing our cadets to be a part of this special evening.

Senior year has started! Yesterday, we celebrated with our annual Senior Breakfast and Parade. It's going to be a great year, SHS Class of 2027!

Jackets, it’s time to get Senior Year started! Tomorrow, July 20 will be the LAST first day of school for all seniors, and we’ll begin the day with our annual Senior Breakfast and Parade. Please see the map and instructions below. We can’t wait!

MONDAY! Senior class, it's your last First Day of School, and we're celebrating with the annual Senior Breakfast and Parade. Breakfast begins at 7:45am at the SHS Tennis Pavilion and Parade will begin at 8:15am. Vehicles must park on SHS campus, not at surrounding businesses, and will line up along Victory Lane from the grassy area to Tennis Courts. Take a look at the route and instructions in this map. We can't wait to kick off the start of Senior Year!

Heads up, SHS parents and students... Please be aware the the City of Starkville is conducting road work on Yellow Jacket Drive this week, which may cause delays during our Back to School Schedule Pick-up events. Please use caution on Yellow Jacket Drive and watch for flagmen. We expect the main SHS Office to remain open.
