It’s not just talent. It’s the discipline to show up, the sacrifice to choose your goals over what’s easy, and the dedication to keep working when no one is watching.

Competitive sports will test you. There will be long practices, missed plans, sore muscles, hard corrections, disappointment, and days when quitting would be easier.

But elite athletes keep going.

This month’s Athletes of the Month were extra special because they were chosen by our choreographers during choreography! ✨
