Willow Tree Family,
As you know at Willow Tree we take the word family seriously. When I dreamed up our little school my goal was to not just have an academic impact, but create a special family within the Treasure Valley who continues to support each other, especially during tough times. One of our families, who you all know very well, is going through some tough times. Our sweet Finely, who just graduated with us in May, has been diagnosed with DIPG this last week. DIPG is an inoperable brain tumor and due to its location, very hard to treat. They’re currently working tirelessly with St Luke’s to come up with a cure plan for our Finley. We would love you as our family to join us in supporting them through thoughts, prayers, and if you are able to, donate to the GoFundMe page we have linked in our bio.
When we say we care for each of our families deeply, we mean it. With all our hearts. These things hit very close to home for us. Feel free to reach out to myself or Lindsey with any questions as we want to give his family space through this time. **Finley’s family has asked to keep this info to adults only, so we ask you to please respect their wishes**
