We had our annual Pumpkin Carving today. The kids each carved their own pumpkins. They received a trick-or-treat bag to color, a flashlight for trick-or-treating, a free Halloween book and of course some treats. There were a lot of smiling faces.

The annual "Carve your Own Pumpkin" was held today at the SOS. Thank you to the PTO, the SOS, and the Town of Clifton Library. Thanks also to Kathy Elmer and Mary Hooven. Every child got their own pumpkin, a great snack and a free book. Thanks to Miss Kate who read several books.

Tomorrow is the annual pumpkin carving at the SOS, 10:00 until noon. It's free to all. We will have books, songs, snacks, and pumpkin carving. We have twenty pumpkins to give out, but if you have a pumpkin at home it would be a good idea to bring it in case we run out!

All ages are welcome – bring the whole family
Come to the SOS and share the Magic of Butterflies. Local couple Jackie and Kevin Woodcock, SkylyfeADK, will share interesting facts about our Native Butterflies and provide a one of a kind experience with live caterpillars and butterflies. The class ends with a Monarch Butterfly interaction and release.
For those who wish to help the depleting Monarch Population, you can purchase a healthy Monarch Chrysalis that will hatch out in 7 to 10 days. If you and your family have never experienced this,

A very wet but exciting Easter egg hunt at Coffee Fever today. Because of the rain we only had about 35 kids but they collected over 1900 eggs filled with candy. There were a lot of smiling faces... Thanks for all the help... Happy Easter!
