SPARKS: Special People Are MentoRing Kids at Staples-Motley Schools

Dinner in the Woods, a night to celebrate Mentors and students in our schools! Learn how to sponsor this event and get on a waiting list to attend.

There will be a silent auction and opportunities to support SPARKS Mentoring financially. If you are interested in becoming a Mentor, you will learn more about SPARKS Mentors as well.

Thank you so much to both the Staples Motley Area Community Foundation and Sourcewell for their generous support of our mission to assist with the reading development of our youngest community members!

The funds provided by the Staples Motley Area Community Foundation will be used to support the Lunchtime Buddies Program in Grades 3 and 4 at Staples Motley Elementary School.

The funds provided by Sourcewell will be used to support the Reading Buddies Program in Kindergaten through Grade 3 at Staples Motley Elementary School.

This SPARKS MENTORING fundraiser provides mentors for youth to build their self awareness, communication and relationship-building skills.

The SPARKS Mentoring of Staples-Motley annual fundraiser in local restaurants (formerly known as MEATBALLS for Mentors) will take place October 1-15. The restaurants will be donating a portion of the meal price to SPARKS!

Tickets are available at Nelson Insurance, Staples World, or from SPARKS Board Members starting August 15. Let us know if you would like to purchase some tickets to support our kids and enjoy some delicious food!
