Springfield Elementary PTO

Tomorrow will be our last day with this group of summer ready second graders. We all wish them the best, but will miss them deeply. We send them off to third grade knowing they will do big things!

Thank you Bunny Blessings for an awesome experience. Our kindergarten students learn about animals for science, and this was great hands on experience!

Good afternoon Springfield families,
This is Mrs. Buchanon calling with your weekly announcements. This week is the end of our school year. On Monday, Kindergarten students will have their visit with the Bunny Blessings Program and 2nd Grade students will have their rescheduled water day. Wednesday students will have an end of year celebration in their room. Please pay attention to messages from your teachers on Class Dojo to see if families are invited and what time these events are scheduled.
Report cards will not be mailed this year. You will be able to pick them up in the lobby of the school after 1:00pm on Thursday. If you cannot pick up during working hours, please call the office to make other arrangements. In addition to the report card, these envelopes will hold End of Year test results and supply lists for next year.

Good Afternoon Springfield Families,
This is Mrs. Buchanon calling with your weekly announcements. This upcoming week will be our last full week of school. If your student has any library books or classroom books, please make sure that they have been returned to school for inventory. Also, please have your students check the lost and found for any jackets or coats they may have left on the playground.
At the end of the week, we will be having several special events for our 2nd Graders including water day and the 2nd Grade Social. Please pay attention to your messages from their teacher to know what they will need to wear or bring to school.
On our final week of school, teachers will be having any end of year awards or celebrations in their own classrooms to make these special and personal to the students in that class. Please look for a Dojo message or flyer from your teacher to know if there is a special date and time on the week of May 18th for your student.
