Full Weekend of classes 🎉

Saturday at the Pool at 9am

Sunday at Maple Grove Bible Church at 5pm! Make this a great class by letting me know by Saturday night if you want to attend - 2 attendee minimum.

BTW - Sunday's class is part of United Health Care's Renew Active and One Pass program - you could attend this class for FREE! Message me or check your United Health Care program to check your eligibility.

Well, wonder no more! This week's Zumba+Lift will be at Maple Grove Bible Church at 4:30-5:20pm in the basement. Thank you to the church for accommodating the class during this transition this week!

This is temporary as we continue to look for a space for our class to land. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the flexibility and understanding during this time!

We will have class tonight at Maple Grove Bible Church at 5pm. 🎉

I'm looking forward to the week of dancing it out with you all! I am so sorry for the upheaval in scheduling that is coming - but I am working on solutions that will work for everyone, as I know the yoga instructors are also. Change is HARD!!

Tuesday is the wildcard in this weeks schedule - I'm still waiting on a "YES" to proceed with announcing. If you regularly attend Tuesday's class - I have a text chain just waiting to go out with the new location!! I will also post here as soon as I know! ™️

Wednesday at at 5pm (Door 8)

Saturday at the S-B High School Pool at 9am

Sunday - if you'd like to attend, let me know by Saturday evening for a minimum number of attendees.

Tonight is Inspirational Zumba class at 5PM Maple Grove Bible Church
Tuesday is Zumba+Lift at 4:30pm at Area Dance Classes
Wednesday is Inspirational Zumba at 5pm
Thursday is Aqua Zumba at 4:15pm the Stanley-Boyd Community Pool (at the High School) 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.
Saturday is another Aqua Zumba class at 9am at the Stanley-Boyd Community Pool.

I can't do it without all of you! 🎉🥰 See you in class!

Tonight's class - Zumba+Lift is a great way to get on the dance floor!! Bring your own 3, 5, 8, 10+ weights or use my lighter weights or no weights to begin your workout journey. Everyone starts somewhere! We're waiting for you!!

Tonight you can come dance away the gloomies from this rain with some Inspirational Zumba Maple Grove Bible Church at 5pm (NOTE TIME CHANGE)

If you have never tried a DanceFit with Denise class - your first class is always FREE!

And if you haven't come to class for a while - no judgement - life happens! And if you have punches left on your punchcard - they're still waiting for you!!

Tuesday's Zumba+Lift class has an added bonus this week of heading out to catch a bite after class - we will head out to Cantina Margaritas after class!

Wednesday we are back at at 5pm for a 45minute class (Free to everyone as part of the church Fit-Rec program).

Saturday we are back in the pool!! 9am at the Stanley-Boyd Community Pool!
