🏐 GAME DAY IS HERE! 🏐

The wait is over. Tonight we officially open the 2026 season on our home court! Freshman gets us started at 5:00, followed by JV at 6:00. Come out, pack the gym, and cheer on your Spartans!

The Boys Golf team traveled up to the Oaks at Rivers Edge in Pontiac last night to take on Pontiac and NormalWest JV team. The Spartans won with a team score of 177 and Ethan Barnes and Austin Siliskie tying for team lows at 43. The team is back in action Wednesday looking to improve on their past couple rounds. Go Spartans!

The Boys Golf team had a busy week this week with a match, 2 scrambles, and an 18 hole tournament.
On Monday they traveled to The Rail in Sherman. The boys battled some tough conditions from all the rain and shot a team score of 193 with Freshman Austin Siliskie shooting the low for the team at 43.
Tuesday we hosted our Olympia Scramble where the team of Mason Kruger, Ethan Barnes, Austin Siliskie, and Kruz Otto shot -7. The winning team from the scramble was Delavan who shot a meet record of -17.
Thursday the boys traveled to the Lincoln Elks to golf in the annual Lincoln Scramble. The team shot -5.
On Saturday the team traveled to Country Hills to battle in the Bulldog invite. The team improved from Monday and shot a team score of 357 with the low score being Mason Kruger at 85.
The Boys have a full schedule this next week competing on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Go Spartans!

The Olympia Spartans Softball teams are learning, growing, and getting better every single day! 💙🥎

8th Grade | 6-2
The 8th grade team had an incredible pitching performance this weekend from Kylee Steel, who threw just 69 pitches through 7 innings, with an impressive 55 strikes! 👏🔥 A performance like that doesn’t happen without a defense behind her, and our Spartans stepped up and backed her up every inning. What a team effort!

7th Grade | 5-2
The 7th grade team has been putting in the work in the cages, and that hard work is starting to show on the field! 💪 They continue to grow in confidence, learn from every game, and work hard to improve their baserunning and all-around game.

We are so proud of these Spartans 💙

The Olympia Lady Spartan golf team competed against PORTA, Pleasant Plains, Lincoln, and Havana last night at Shambolee Golf Course. The girls finished 2nd overall as a team with a combined score of 203. Senior, Lauren Hutchison led the Spartans with a score of 47, good for 2nd place in individuals. Lady Spartans are back in action Wednesday, August 26th for a home match against Tri-Valley.

Come join the Olympia Middle School Softball Team for a fun-filled day celebrating all of our future Lady Spartans and the next generation of Olympia softball players! 💙
