Great coverage of the young indigenous leaders participating in CINCIA’s Connecting Cultures project in the conference in Tingo Maria, Peru. The CC project is an initiative that builds leadership skills in cohorts of young leaders in several indigenous communities in the Peruvian Amazon. Many of these communities face long odds and a host of environmental and social threats to their community’s livelihood and in some cases, survival.
