Mark your calendars! Lincoln County Homemaker Kick-Off is Friday, September 11th from 3:30 to 6:30 PM at the Lincoln County Extension Office in Stanford, Kentucky.

Drop in and learn about Lincoln County Extension Homemakers. Pay dues. Join a club. Enjoy free chili dogs and desserts. There will also be raffles! We hope to see you there!

Join us for our Free Get Connected: Raising Healthy Kids Lunch and Learn at the Lincoln County Public Library on September 15th and 11 AM. This is a Parenting Lunch and Learn for grandparents, other relatives as parents, foster parents, and fictive kin caregivers. Connect with other. Discover helpful resources, and find support in a welcoming community.

There will be a special story time for young children while caregivers attend the program. Lunch will be provided for registered participants. Call the Lincoln County Extension Office at 606-365-2447 to register now.

Join us for our Free Laugh and Learn Storytime and Playdate on Thursday, September 3rd at 10 AM at the Lincoln County Health Department. The event will be set up in the Health Department's lower level meeting room.

This event is open to children ages birth to five years old and their caregivers. Children will get to enjoy story time, playtime, a craft, and snack. To register, please call the Lincoln County Extension Office at 606-365-2447.

The Lincoln County Extension Office is offering a class on the basics of sourdough starters. This free class will be held on September 22nd at 1 PM and again at 6 PM.

Join Robin Davis as she teaches the basics of sourdough baking such as learning how to create, feed, and maintain a healthy sourdough starter. Each participant will receive their very own sourdough starter to take home along with resources to help them continue their sourdough journey.
