This Women in Medicine Month, we're celebrating the voices and experiences of our community through poetry.
"Music of the Meadow," arranged by Department of Medicine's Diana Farid, associate professor of medicine and award-winning author and poet, is a participatory poem created from words and phrases contributed by 27 Stanford Medicine faculty, staff, trainees and students.
Together, their voices form a collective reflection on connection, resilience, advocacy, and what it means to be a woman in medicine.
