Welcome to week two and day four of the MICROMACRO nutrition education series!

In this module, you will learn how to measure sugar when cooking and how to identify how much sugar there is in a standard beverage. The video also includes an easy to read chart containing common drinks that people consume on the daily and how many teaspoons of sugar there are in one serving.

We have also included a QR code at the end of the video that corresponds to the slides in the module. We strongly encourage you to review those slides throughout the week to gain familiarity with the content.

Welcome to day three of the MICROMACRO nutrition education series!

Today’s video is an introduction to the Plate Method. In this module, you will learn how to construct balanced meals using a simple measuring technique that only requires a serving plate.

This video introduces carbohydrate-conscious eating and will go over how carbohydrates are digested in the body, which types of carbohydrates you should incorporate more into your diet, and how you can easily adjust your carbohydrate consumption to increase sustained energy throughout the day.
