It’s tough to see your child upset, and as parents, our first impulse is to try and fix things right away. But sometimes, just validating and sitting with your child’s big feelings can make all the difference.
Registration is open for our on-demand parenting course: Calm and Confident: Managing Challenging Behaviors! This program delves into practical strategies, insights, and approaches for addressing children’s challenging behaviors and fostering harmony in the family dynamic.
The course contains four self-paced instructional modules, including videos, reflection exercises, and other resources. This course is taught by Stanford University School of Medicine faculty and staff, and is recommended for caregivers of children with a developmental age of 5-12 years. As a self-paced online class, it can be accessed anytime, anywhere.
