This week at Ma Maison Childcare & Preschool Academy, we celebrated NAEYC Week of the Young Child with so much excitement and purpose! 📚✨
As part of this special annual event, which highlights the importance of high-quality early childhood education, we were thrilled to welcome a very special guest reader from the mayors office into our classrooms. The children enjoyed listening, engaging, and connecting through the joy of storytelling.
Throughout the week, our themed daily activities encouraged learning, creativity, and meaningful conversations, while also promoting community involvement and advocacy for our little learners.
Moments like these remind us how powerful early education truly is. 💛

What a beautiful and joyful day we had celebrating our Annual Easter Egg Hunt! Our children had so much fun searching for eggs, sharing laughs, and creating unforgettable memories together. 💛

✨ Celebrating Black History Month at Ma Maison ✨
This February, our preschoolers have been learning about Black History Month through meaningful, age-appropriate activities that celebrate culture, kindness, and the importance of inclusion. 🤎
We explored inspiring leaders who helped shape our world, read beautiful stories that highlight diversity and acceptance, and created art projects that celebrate unity and individuality. Through music, discussions, and hands-on activities, our students are learning that everyone’s story matters.
At Ma Maison, we believe it’s never too early to teach children about respect, empathy, and the importance of celebrating differences. We are so proud of the thoughtful conversations our preschoolers are having and the kindness they show one another each day.

🐄 Learning About Cows! 🐄
Today our curious toddlers explored the wonderful world of cows! 🐮 We talked all about how cows help us, from giving us milk 🥛 to helping make cheese, yogurt, and more!
The highlight of the day? 🙌 Our hands-on milking experience! Using a bag and water, the children got to try “milking” just like real farmers, and they absolutely loved it! 💦
We had so much fun learning, laughing, and discovering together. 💛
