Congratulations to the Maureen Tobin Scholarship Winners!

Congratulations to Krishaang on his commitment to community service and helping his community. He is a true example of a 9th grader who has taken active steps to a positive and productive future. There are many volunteer opportunities in the community that you can take advantage of as a high school student.

Tomorrow we are hosting our final resume writing workshop of the year. Third period in the College and Career Center. This is open to all grade levels! If you want to learn about a resume or want someone to take a look at yours make sure to attend this workshop!! This is a great opportunity to start your resume or prepare for your any upcoming jobs, volunteering or college applications.

This “Why Wednesday,” we have Mr. Buzzeo discussing his journey to UCONN from high school.

The Senior Scholarship Ceremony is June 2, 2026 at 8:30am in the SHS cafeteria. All seniors that filled out the scholarship form are invited to the ceremony and will be recognized, you will also be receiving an email. A light breakfast will be served after the ceremony. Congratulations on all of your success!

We have Mrs. DeAngelis this week for “Why Wednesday.” She talks about how her journey started at Stamford HS and brought her back for her career.

The SHS College and Career Center facilitated a trip to Eversource for SHS students. Students were able to explore careers offered by Eversource participate in various activities.

Hard work pays off! Three of Stamford High School’s amazing seniors were selected for State Street Scholarships! Always apply to the scholarship!
