What do you do for self care?!
For me, I like long solo walks with an audible book going, baking (sometimes therapeutic) and having some extra coffee in the morning while I indulge in the news, uninterrupted.
Errands and showers are not self-care for moms

How's your sleep going these days? Mine was really bad at the beginning of all of this but seems to be normalizing now.
