💚 Parenting with Purpose

Your child doesn’t need a perfect parent. They need a parent who shows up.

Show up with love. Show up after the hard moments. Say “I’m sorry.” Try again. Reconnect.

Because parenting isn’t about getting it right every time—it’s about reminding our children, again and again, “I’m here, and you matter.”💚

Every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. 💚

Set aside 10 to 15 minutes each day for uninterrupted special time with your child. Let them choose the activity, whether it is reading, drawing, making music, playing a game, or simply talking together.

Small moments of individual attention can strengthen your bond and remind each child that they are special for exactly who they are.

🎂💚 A birthday wish that gives back!

For Isaac’s first birthday, Taylor chose to celebrate by giving back—inviting family, friends, and her church community to donate laundry detergent for SJPC families.

Thank you, Taylor, for showing us that small acts can make a BIG impact.💚

💚 Want to build your child’s confidence? Start by catching them being GOOD!

It’s easy to notice when something goes wrong, but noticing what your child is doing "right" can be even more powerful.

This week, make it a goal to "notice it, name it, and celebrate it." A few words of encouragement or a few minutes of your full attention can help your child feel seen, valued, and connected. ❤️

💬 Let’s celebrate the little wins! What’s something your child did this week that made you proud? Tell us in the comments!

Bonus: What’s your favorite way to let your child know you noticed? 💚

Small moments. Big impact.
