On March 19th, during the Annual Spring Awards Reception of the 2019 API Spring Committee on Petroleum Measurements Standards Meeting in Dallas, TX, our President Captain Alex Koutsakis was presented by the Committee on Petroleum Measurements with a Citation for Service for his distinguished and meritorious service as well as his many contributions to the programs of the Institute.
