Look what our students made! The mural is inspired by California Fine Artist, Painter, and Creative Director who goes by the name Thank You X . He was first recognized for the street graffiti he did as a tribute to Andy Warhol, and has expanded both his fine art and street art tremendously. He even did a mural at the Snapchat Headquarters office in Santa Monica, CA. This mural is inspired by his geometric style graffiti and murals where two sides of a cube are designed and one side is left blank. Lower, Middle, and High School students were given a cube side to design with complete artistic freedom. Some students chose to design their side digitally, some with paint, and some with your typical colored pencils and paper. Once all the sides were complete, our amazing art teacher Ms. Fergus, assembled them together to create the mural to represent that of the artist!
