The goal of Stafford copblock is to help create an environment of accountability for law enforcement and government agencies operating within the county. We wish to bring about an end to an atmosphere severely lacking transparency and anything resembling "Justice". We wish to shed light on the abuses performed by the Stafford County Sheriff's office and their deputies, the Commonwealth Attorney Eric Olsen and his staff, the Rappahannock Regional Jail and the sitting Judges in Stafford County and their lack of constitutional understanding. We wish to help to establish a Civilian oversight committee for the stafford county sheriff's office via the Stafford County Board of Supervisors and bring about an end to the heavy persecution of children and young teens within the county. This town belongs to its residents and the deputies are public servants, not hands of an over-reaching government. We want deputies who honor their oaths to the constitution and start standing up for the rights of the citizens, to include their 2nd amendment rights.

If you think arresting someone for exercising their right to free speech and assembly is OK , kindly unfriend me.

I don’t care the speech or the message or the peaceful assembly method , it is an inalienable natural right. Let alone defined in the first amendment of the constitution in this country.

ACLU of Florida myself and my fiancée were arrested a few nights ago for protesting Javksonville city beach’s discriminatorily enforced ordinance on no sleeping in public. We made it clear that our sleeping right in front of city hall , off side walks and through ways , was a 1st amendment protected form of peaceful protest to draw awareness to the mistreatment of the homeless population of Jax Beach, FL .

If your organization would like to help us in filing suit against the city , and hopefully being a focal point for establishing case law against such egregious laws it would be much appreciated

All I know is that I have a lot of support from a lot of good people.

During a terrible economic recession when most are a paycheck away from homelessness , laws like no sleeping in public are draconian and everyone should take a stand against them wherever they pop up

Illegal to be homeless

Before I catch a nap, on this anxious day to come , no matter the cost , I am faced with a risky dream of mine.

To face the state in a battle of morality, to a jury of my peers , all while being illegally denied my discovery requests , and which would prove in open court , the criminal behavior of government agents in my case.

I have been denied access to the electronic filing system , knowing I’m homeless and not easily able to travel the great distance to file in person.

The maximum punishment I face is the same they offered me in a plea.

I have nothing to lose.

Plus , I have ample grounds for a civil rights lawsuit regardless of the outcome of the criminal trial initially, which would not be able to pass muster on appeal.

I am ready. I have prepared. I will be the example not the statistic.

I want to thank everyone showing me support in this deeply chosen position.

No sir. Then he started Scourring the bike for anything. , accusing me 3 more times of it being stolen.

Let me go but impounded my only personal mode of transportation to work and to see the girls

And people ask me why I hate the government .

On a night full of visibly impaired drivers. You mess with the poor guy on a fixed up moped just trying to get to point A and B.
