🐺🧡💙 THE WOLF CART IS ROLLING! 💙🧡🐺

The SHMS PTO Wolf Cart is officially up and running! 🎉

The Wolf Cart brings snacks and drinks directly to students during designated times, making it a fun and convenient way for students to grab a treat while also supporting the SHMS PTO.

When does the Wolf Cart roll?
The Wolf Cart operates during electives from 3:20–3:50 PM on scheduled Wolf Cart days.

Please Note: The Wolf Cart is currently a PILOT PROGRAM. As we learn what works best for our students, teachers, volunteers, and school schedule, dates, times, procedures, and availability are subject to change. We appreciate everyone's patience and flexibility as we continue to improve the program!

🎟️ Wolf Cart Prepaid Cards Available!
Families may purchase prepaid cards for their students in person or online through our PTBoard webpage. Prepaid cards are a convenient way for students to shop without needing to carry cash.

🙋‍♀️ VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
The Wolf Cart cannot roll without our amazing volunteers! There is no set volunteer commitment—whether you can help once, occasionally, or regularly, every little bit helps.

📲 Be sure to check our PTBoard webpage and SHMS PTO social media pages for Wolf Cart dates, volunteer opportunities, updates, and any schedule changes.

Thank you for supporting the SHMS PTO and helping us make the Wolf Cart a fun experience for our Timberwolves! 🐺🧡💙

🎀💗 TIMBERWOLVES, LET’S TURN SHIRLEY C. HEIM PINK! 💗🎀

We are excited to announce that today we are kicking off our Domino’s Pizza Fundraiser! The money raised will help the SHMS PTO support teacher and staff luncheons and appreciation events, student dances and socials, school events, and other activities that benefit our students and school community.

Here is a video that explains everything you need to know to get started:

Day 1 – The Slice the Price Card: Fundraising Made Easy

https://slicethepricecard.com/day1

There are eight additional short videos that can be watched throughout the two-week fundraiser.

You can also visit our school’s fundraiser dashboard here:

SHMS Domino’s Fundraiser Dashboard

https://dash.dominos.cards/57265

Scroll down to “Register to Pick Your Prize” or register directly here:

https://register.dominos.cards/57265

Once registered, your child will be able to select their prize and receive their own personalized store link. At the conclusion of the fundraiser, students will receive the prize associated with the highest sales level they qualify for.

After registering, families can share their child’s personalized link through email, text, and social media. When someone purchases through that link, the sale is credited directly to the student, and the Domino’s Slice the Price Card will be sent directly to the purchaser.

$50 Gift Card Challenge!

Students will also have opportunities to earn a $50 gift card!

The registered student with the most cards sold by October 11, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST will win a $50 gift card, provided our group reaches at least 100 online card sales.

Thank you for supporting our students and the SHMS PTO!

Help us spread a little fall fun throughout Shirley C. Heim Middle with our Halloween/Fall Wolf Grams!

Wolf Grams give students a fun opportunity to surprise their friends, classmates, and even teachers with a sweet treat and let them know they’re thinking of them.

Wolf Grams will be available in a variety of options, ranging from $0.50 to $5.00, so there is something for everyone!

We are looking for parent and guardian volunteers to assist our Wolf Grams Coordinator with:

Sales – Helping students select and purchase their Wolf Grams during designated sales times.

Organization & Preparation – Helping sort and organize Wolf Grams for delivery.

Distribution – Helping ensure Wolf Grams make their way to the correct students, classrooms, and teachers.

Volunteers may assist with sales, distribution, or both, depending on their availability. No special experience is needed—we’ll provide everything you need!

Whether you can volunteer for one shift or several, every helping hand makes a difference.

Thank you for volunteering your time and helping us make Wolf Grams a fun fall tradition for our Timberwolves!

Celebrating Our Amazing Custodial Team!

Tonight, the SHMS PTO had the pleasure of showing a little extra appreciation to the incredible custodians who work so hard every day to keep our school clean, safe, welcoming, and running smoothly.

Our custodial team enjoyed a delicious Peruvian dinner from Super Rico, and seeing how grateful they were made the evening even more special. ❤️

A special shoutout to Super Rico for the absolutely delicious food! This meal was not sponsored, but it was too good not to give them some well-deserved recognition. 🇵🇪😋 Everything was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed!

To our SHMS custodians: THANK YOU! Your hard work often happens behind the scenes, but it never goes unnoticed. We appreciate everything you do for our students, staff, families, and our entire Timberwolf community.

🧡💙 Our Pack shines brighter because of you!
With appreciation,
Shirley C. Heim Middle School PTO
