Students get to explore relationships in nature in a fun and entertaining way with Symbiosis Speed Dating. Teacher facilitates instruction and works with struggling students independently or in small groups while the rest of the class completes the task. There are two versions of this assignment, depending on whether the teacher wants students to work together on one document or independently in this distance learning/online learning assignment. Symbiosis, mutualism, commensalism, parasitism, and predation are explored in over twenty examples as students research to determine the correct relationship.
