Please join us in welcoming our new Assistant Principal, Mrs. Holloway! We’re so excited to have her as part of our Hawk family! 💙💛
Congratulations to Mrs. Kathryn Holloway, who was appointed at tonight’s School Board Meeting as the new Assistant Principal of Hampton Oaks Elementary School.
With 19 years of experience in elementary education, including 14 years in Spotsylvania County Public Schools before joining Stafford County Public Schools, her work has always centered on creating warm, inclusive school environments where every student feels a strong sense of belonging and is empowered to reach their fullest potential.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Holloway has been passionate about supporting both students and educators through collaborative leadership, data-informed instruction, and a commitment to continuous growth. At Hampton Oaks, she looks forward to partnering with staff, students, and families to celebrate successes, embrace challenges, and create a school culture where everyone is valued, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she has called the Fredericksburg area home for the past 20 years. Both her and her husband attended Stafford County Public Schools and are proud to be raising their two children here. As a family, they enjoy hiking, camping, and spending time on the water.
Mrs. Holloway earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Miami University of Ohio and her Master’s in Educational Leadership from George Mason University.
We are excited to welcome Mrs. Holloway to Stafford County Public Schools and look forward to the positive impact she will have on the students, staff, and families of Hampton Oaks Elementary School.
