Wednesday is our last Kidding Around Yoga class at 9:30am! This class is a unique way to introduce children to yoga, mindfulness, self-regulation, body awareness, and physical conditioning in a fun and engaging way utilizing music, games, and yoga poses. For ages 2 years and up (if second sibling is younger they can tag along). Yoga session is followed by time in the play space! Reserve spot online at www.thelittleplaceva.com

We are looking forward to all our fun December classes! There's something for everyone including play time, our Little Movers mommy and me class, a Christmas Singalong from Music Together, Dance & Ballet, a Kidding Around Yoga Class, and Messy Art. We are also excited for all our Birthday Parties and Cookie Decorating classes.
