Premier School for Esthetics Training and Licensing in Virginia. Nova Laser Training began in November of 2006.

Since then, we've run a successful laser training program which has taken off onsite as well. We've had the opportunity to train entrepreneurs, doctors, nurses, and estheticians alike in laser esthetics. In addition to offering practical and hands-on training in our office, we've also embraced opportunities to see Canada, Europe, and a multitude of cities across the US. In September of 2015, we will launch our esthetics training program which includes both fundamental and masters programs. We are excited at what this means for all of our future students out there looking to become aestheticians and realize their talents and dreams. A new chapter starts today. 🤍

This morning, we’re welcoming our newest Fundamental Esthetics students to NVLET! We’re so excited to have them joining our NVLET community and beginning this next chapter alongside all of the students already learning, growing, and building their skills with us.

We can’t wait to watch this new group take their first steps toward careers in the industry while continuing to cheer on every student already on their NVLET journey.

MODEL CALL ‼️

Our esthetics students are looking for models for FREE Brazilian waxes starting this week! ✨

Services are performed by students under instructor supervision, giving them the opportunity to build confidence and gain hands-on experience.

Models must be 18 years or older.

A big shoutout to Sam and Eunji for representing NOVA Esthetics Training and supporting our sister medspa, Rejuvalase, at their 20th Anniversary Gala this past weekend! 🤍

We were so proud to have them be part of such a special milestone and help behind the scenes throughout the evening.

Thank you both for showing up with professionalism, kindness, and a willingness to help wherever needed. We’re so grateful for the way you represented NOVA and helped make Rejuvalase’s 20th anniversary celebration such a memorable night.

Your Ulta trips hit different. Your skincare collection keeps growing. You suddenly have opinions on every tool, mask, and device. And somehow, everything becomes “for educational purposes.”

It’s not an obsession. It’s professional development. 🤭

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania.

We honor the victims, their families, the first responders, and all those who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

May we continue to cherish every moment, stand together, and remember those whose lives were forever changed that day.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

May not be solving for x, but we ARE learning how to analyze skin, understand ingredients, build treatment plans, and know exactly when to reach for an AHA vs. a BHA.

Happy Birthday to our Founder & Principal, Maggie! 🤍

There is so much that happens behind the scenes at NVLET that our students may never see, and Maggie is at the heart of so much of it.

She’s constantly dreaming, planning, problem-solving, pushing for more, and thinking about how we can make the experience even better for our students. Not because anyone is watching, but because she genuinely cares about the future of this industry and the estheticians who are stepping into it.

NVLET is a reflection of that heart. A place where students are encouraged to learn, grow, believe in themselves, and build a career they’re proud of.

And as a staff, we’re incredibly grateful for the way Maggie believes in us, supports our ideas, encourages us to grow, and trusts us to be part of something that means so much to her. Her passion for this school pushes all of us to keep learning, dreaming, and becoming better at what we do.

Today, we hope our Principal gets to step out from behind the scenes for a minute and feel just how appreciated she is by her students, her staff, and everyone whose path she’s impacted.
