Day 2 of our Summer Leadership Academy continued the momentum! ☀️
Today, more than 350 instructional and administrative leaders from across Stafford County Public Schools engaged in meaningful learning, collaboration, and reflection as we prepare for the year ahead. Conversations sparked new ideas, teams strengthened connections, and leaders continued building the skills and strategies that support success for every student.
Guided by this year’s theme, "Every Move Matters," participants explored how intentional leadership and purposeful actions can make a lasting impact in our schools and classrooms.
A special thank you to the Stafford Education Foundation for providing drinks and snacks throughout the week, helping keep our leaders energized and ready to learn! 🥤🍎👏
We’re looking forward to another great day of learning and leadership tomorrow.

As many as 9 out of 10 people who experience sudden cardiac arrest don’t survive. Immediate CPR can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival.
The good news: it takes about 90 seconds to learn hands-only CPR. That’s a small investment for something that could save a life.
As a parent, this matters. Sudden cardiac arrest can happen anywhere — at school, on the field or at home.
If you see a teen or adult suddenly collapse: 1. Call 911. 2. Push hard and fast at the center of the chest, 100-120 times per-minute, until help arrives.

Day 1 of our Summer Leadership Academy is in the books! ☀️
Over 300 instructional and administrative leaders from across Stafford County Public Schools came together today to connect, collaborate, and prepare for a successful year ahead. Hugs were exchanged, ideas were shared, and leadership teams began the important work of building capacity and strengthening relationships that support our students and staff.
This year’s theme, "Every Move Matters," reminds us that each decision, action, and interaction plays a role in creating exceptional opportunities and outcomes for our students.
We’re excited for the days ahead as we continue learning, leading, and growing together.
A special thank you to The Grounds Coffeehouse for helping us start the day with great coffee and even greater energy! ☕👏
