Oh Snap! Gator Gear apparel has arrived and all orders are packaged! 💚🧡

Items will be distributed to classrooms and sent home with your oldest gator tomorrow unless you've previously arranged another method of pickup.

*Please note that items too large to fit in a student’s backpack cannot be sent home. If your order includes multiple bags, we’ll contact you directly with pickup information.

And just like that, Gator Week has come to a close! We hope each of you had an amazing week. The spirit of this community is truly unmatched! Thank you to all of the staff who put so much time and effort into transforming our school and making this week so magical and fun for our big and little Gators!

We also want to thank our PTO members and everyone who has supported our group by attending events, donating to fundraisers, and volunteering. Your efforts allow us to give back to our school… and this week, we did just that by bringing Reptile World to GES, an assembly that has been a tradition here for over 40 years. 🐊🐍🦎

Your students had the opportunity to see:
- Little Alexander – an alligator snapping turtle
- Pepito – a 15-year-old Mexican beaded lizard
- Okeechobee – a 7-year-old American alligator
- Lipstick – a 10-year-old Mexican milk snake
- Chapstick – a 1 year, 3-month-old milk snake (Lipstick’s grandson!)
- Baby Jade – a South American anaconda
- A copperhead and a cobra
- Banana Peel – a 17-foot albino Burmese python
