Another FULL Basic Handgun Course in the books! 🎯🙌🏾

Today’s class was a special one! I had a family of five come out to train together, along with a friend who joined us for a refresher—and they ALL did an amazing job!

From the classroom to the range, everyone was engaged, interactive, asking questions, and ready to learn. They passed their exams, performed great on the range, and successfully completed the course! 👏🏾👏🏾

I absolutely love seeing families make fi***rm safety and education something they learn together. And I’m always happy to see someone come back for a refresher because training isn’t one-and-done. Skills are built through continued education and practice.

Thank you for trusting Lioness Defense Fi****ms Training with your training today. It was a pleasure watching the confidence build throughout the day! ❤️🖤

Educate. Train. Empower.

Ready to start—or continue—your training journey? Come train with Lioness Defense! 🎯

This past Sunday, we had another great Basic Handgun Course! 🎯

Our students showed up ready to learn—they were enthusiastic, engaged, and eager to put their new skills into practice. It was great watching their confidence grow from the classroom to the range.

They worked hard on fi***rm safety, handling, and marksmanship fundamentals and did an awesome job during their range training! 👏🏾

At Lioness Defense, it’s always rewarding to see students leave with more knowledge, stronger skills, and greater confidence than when they arrived.

Confidence comes from knowledge. Preparedness comes from training. 🦁

Ready to start or continue your fi****ms training journey? Come train with Lioness Defense!

🇺🇸 Memorial Day 🇺🇸

Today we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave everything in service to this country. Memorial Day is more than a long weekend, cookouts, and time off — it is a day to reflect on the sacrifices made by those who never returned home.

As a Marine and on behalf of Lioness Defense, I ask that we take a moment to remember the fallen and the families who continue carrying that sacrifice every day. The freedoms we enjoy were purchased at a price that many paid with their lives.

Remember the fallen. Honor the sacrifice. Live the legacy.

When I tell my students that holstering is where most people get hurt...welp...here's your reminder...mind your trigger finger!

🚨New Bill: SB 749: Assault fi****ms & certain am******on feeding devices; purchase, sale, etc., prohibited, penalties.🚨

There's a lot to digest here, so here is the quick down and dirty version. If this law takes effect:

Virginians can still keep many currently owned rifles/magazines they already legally possess.

But after July 1, 2026:

- Most new sales/transfers of many AR-style fi****ms inside Virginia would become illegal.

- Magazines over 15 rounds could no longer be bought/sold/transferred in Virginia.

- Violations would generally be misdemeanors, but they could temporarily remove fi***rm rights.
