e IB DIploma Program at MVHS; employee personnel information; individually identifiable student information; copyrighted material without permission; confidential material; political or campaign material; spam, advertising or commercial solicitations or information; obscene, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, violent, threatening, vulgar, or sexual material; material that advocates the commission of a criminal act, violates SCPS policy or that reasonably may lead to the substantial disruption of or material interference with school system operations; or other personal expression unrelated to the IB DIploma Program at MVHS. SCPS will monitor this site, and reserves the right to remove content that does not comply with these guidelines. It will not, however, remove content simply because it disagrees with the writer’s viewpoint or the writer criticizes SCPS, MVHS or the IB Diploma Program. Users also should be aware that their postings may be subject to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act and records retention requirements, and SCPS may be obligated to retain it in its records and/or to disclose it if requested.
