At Red Balloon we are dedicated to helping children be the best that they can be.

The Mission of The Red Balloon Children’s Center is to cultivate a community of families and teachers working in collaboration to support the children we serve. Our safe and positive environment enhances physical, cognitive, creative, and social emotional development. Through play based curriculum, children construct the knowledge they need to prepare them for kindergarten and beyond. RBCC was founded in 1994 by Linda Wylot and continues to operate today under Victoria Salzarulo.
