We're excited to introduce Ground Up Kids – Functional Fitness & Movement, a fun, active class designed to help kids build strength, coordination, balance, agility, confidence, and healthy movement habits through games, obstacle courses, and functional fitness activities.

Whether your child plays sports or simply loves to stay active, this class is designed to develop the fundamental movement skills they'll use for years to come—all while having fun and making new friends.

One year. Countless workouts. Endless discipline.

Last September, Whitney and Brandon committed to a goal that would push them physically and mentally. Nearly a year later, the transformation speaks for itself—but the biggest changes can't be measured in photos.

This Saturday, our very own FTGU personal trainers will step on stage to compete in their first bodybuilding competition, and we couldn't be more proud of everything they've accomplished.

No matter what happens on stage, they've already proven what consistency, dedication, and hard work can achieve.

If you see them around FTGU this week, be sure to wish them luck! We know they're going to represent our community well.
