Catholic & Classical Education | PreK-8 | Forming Minds & Hearts | Excellence in Academics & the Arts✨ The St.
Austin School is a vibrant, joyful Catholic school that recognizes parents are the primary educators of their children. Our school assists parents in passing on our shared religious and moral values, nurturing our students’ spiritual growth and preparing them to be servant leaders. We keep our faith at the center of all we do, focused on the formation of each of our students as people who are love

Recently, our Form VIII students spent the day immersed in a murder mystery adventure that began over breakfast, where they met their characters and prepared for a day of intrigue. A stop at Goodwill helped bring each role to life before the mystery unfolded at Creve Coeur Lake Park. Suspects were questioned, accusations were made, and clues were pieced together as students worked to solve the case. After a special performance by the Sundown Parade band, the culprit finally confessed, bringing the mystery to a dramatic close.
Students enjoyed a taco buffet lunch, sand volleyball, kayaking, and an after-tour celebration filled with laughter and memories that will last long after graduation.
This beloved Form VIII tradition was made possible entirely through parent leadership and involvement. We are especially grateful to Maria Jansen, whose creativity, vision, and dedication brought this unforgettable experience to life. Thank you also to Mr. Silva and Mrs. Wacker for fully embracing their roles as in-character chaperones, and to all Form VIII parents for helping make this extraordinary day possible.
Some of the best learning experiences happen when imagination, community, and a little mystery come together!

At The St. Austin School, we value the human person from the early years of learning through eighth grade. Learning through a classical style starting in pre-k prepares you to think critically and independently as an older student, as seen in our 8th grade theses that were so well done. This aligns with Magnifica Humanitas because our classical approach forms students in the pursuit of truth, beauty, and goodness.
Here, we are proud in our approach that cultivates critical thinking, and recognizes the dignity of every person.

It's been one year since Mr. Dilber became our head of school!
We're so grateful for his leadership, faith, dedication, and care for our students. It has been a very full year, and Mr. Dilber has truly led St. Austin well!
These are some amazing Mr. Dilber moments from the year... which one is your favorite?

Many St. Austin students competed at the Track Final at Lindenwood University in May, and we wanted to share the results!
🏃 James: 4th in the 200m dash, 5th in the 100m dash
🥎 Gabe: 4th in Shot Put, 6th in Running Long Jump
🏃♀️ Ona, Mary S., Mary G., and Anastasia: 6th place in the 4x400 relay
🏃♂️ James, Peter, Clement, and Alexander: 4th place in the 4x400 relay
Every single one of our sixteen athletes ran faster, threw further, and/or jumped farther than they had all season, and the team spirit they showed cheering each other on was truly special!
We also want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Stemlers who have committed so much time and care to our athletes. They will be stepping down as our track coaches this year, but it's been such a gift for our students to have their guidance for so many years!
