Congratulations to Anna Baer for bringing home the gold from the Infinity Open Taekwondo Tournament. Anna received two first places in forms and breaking. Way to go Anna! Pilseung!

Spartans Sparring! 🥋💥
Taekwondo sparring (kyorugi) is a simulated combat where two practitioners use their skills to score points by striking with kicks and punches, while wearing protective gear and following specific rules. It helps students refine techniques, footwork, and timing in a controlled environment.
