Beat the heat this Wednesday at Kid’s Empire in Fenton. The Mehlville Early Childhood PTO is hosting a summer social/ fundraiser at Kids Empire. Kids Empire will be closed to the public and it will be all Mehlville Early Childhood and Parents as Teachers families. Please include your phone number when you send your Venmo payment.

Thank you to all of the families who joined us today for our Annual Messy Play event! Our young learners explored the world around them by splashing in water, squishing in mud, digging in sand, and experimenting with a variety of colors and textures! Sensory play is not only fun, but also a great learning opportunity for little ones! They were able to build fine motor skills by dumping, pouring, and scooping. Playing on the playground and outdoor classroom equipment gave them a chance to practice gross motor skills. Messy Play also provided an environment for children to engage with one another to develop communication and social- emotional skills!
A special shout out to M.O.M.S. Club - Mehlville's Organization for Mothers' Support for providing extra materials for the sensory tables.

If you have a child who will be entering kindergarten in August, please register them for kindergarten as soon as possible to give Mehlville School District staff time to make class assignments! Visit msdr9.com/enroll to get started!

If you have a new student who will attend the Mehlville School District for the 2026-2027 school year and you haven’t completed registration yet, please do so as soon as possible!
