PICNIC PACKAGE PICK-UP

You can pick up your packages, rideband-only purchases, or Tshirt-only purchases during the days and times listed below. Parent-teacher meetings are going on during the Thursday timeframe so I am trying to accommodate people that afternoon as best I can. If you are unable to pick up during these times PLEASE text me and we can work that out.

Please come to the front of school (we’ll be under a canopy):

-Wednesday 10/8

3:00-4:00 and 5:00-7:00

-Thursday 10/9

1:00-3:00 and 6:30-8:00

One more Sleep until Picnic Day!!!

All school kids get your armband before the parade starts. Must have green ticket.

Non school kids armbands will be available for pick up after the parade in the Carnival Booth.

We still need help blocking streets for the parade and at the Game booths. There are openings 6:00pm-8:00pm.

Please help up fill these so we can keep the games open for the kids.

If we can’t get volunteers we will have to close the kids games at 6pm.
