"Before schedules fill, classrooms burst with supplies, and the hallways get busy, MICDS educators had time this week to gather, reconnect, listen to one another, and begin the year with renewed energy.

"A highlight of the morning was hearing four colleagues share their personal 'why':
🐏 Kenya reminded us that you have to not understand before you can truly learn.
🐏 Tori highlighted the vital relationships that sustain us as colleagues.
🐏 Jessica spoke to the resistant art of radical joy.

Beep, Beep, Rams! Traffic flow at the start of school is always heavy the first week, but this year has a twist – the BMW Championship golf tournament at Bellerive will take it to a new level. Please read the August 7 email from campus safety (available on the portal) and plan for extra time to get to campus next week. 🚗🐏
