Nora Hendren, Nicholas Kedzuch and Maya Scruggs-Hicks receive Hero Award The Hero Award is presented to up to three staff or faculty members each month in recognition of their efforts to transform the lives of UMSL students.

Exemplary faculty and staff honored with Chancellor’s Awards - UMSL Daily Chancellor Kristin Sobolik recognized six faculty members and three staff members for their contributions to UMSL during the virtual 2020 State of the University Address.

UMSL establishes partnership with Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University in Romania - UMSL Daily Interim Chancellor Kristin Sobolik visited Bucharest last month to sign the memorandum of understanding and tour the campus, and she received an honorary doctorate.
