Engineering grad Bob O’Neill builds on passion for sustainability working in retro-commissioning - UMSL Daily As a project engineer with Grumman|Butkus Associates in Chicago, O'Neill looks for ways to save energy and optimize mechanical systems in existing buildings to make them more efficient and sustainable.

Speaking of “relentless execution,” after this morning’s event, the UMSL Sustainability team will stay busy. Two more events happening this afternoon are the monthly clothing swap and the on-campus version of the RdP Trash Bash.

On This Rainy Day... Many plants in the garden benefited from the rain dumped by Hurricane Helene today, although, a certain melon might prefer something along the lines of not being wedged in a cinder block! Although the melon in the top left has an unfortunate fate, all the plants in the garden received a needed drink and soaking of rain-water to stay healthy and vibrant....
