SEIU, standing with AFT, CWA, and UAW, filed a “friend of the court” brief in the Harvard and MIT lawsuit challenging ICE’s decision to rescind temporary accommodations for nonimmigrant students taking online classes due to the pandemic for the fall 2020 semester. Between the lawsuits and the broad public outcry, the Trump administration has now reversed their policy!
