It's easier now for Jefferson College graduates with AAS degrees to come to the School of Communications to finish their four year BA degrees. Webster administrators signed special transfer agreements during a ceremony yesterday. Eligible SOC degrees are in the comments.

Congratulations to Trish Muyco-Tobin, faculty advisor for SOC student media, who was named Advisor of the Year by the Missouri College Media Association, at its 2026 annual convention this weekend. The Webster Journal earned 24 awards and the Ampersand magazine, won five awards. In the photo, left to right, Prof. Muyco-Tobin; Styx Nappier, Journal managing editor; and Emerson Goelz, Ampersand editor in chief, and Journal visuals editor.
