Most of the beliefs that shape your life were formed in the heart, often through pain, repetition, and emotional experience. But real transformation doesn’t come through willpower alone. It happens when the truth of God’s Word is written on your heart, the same way lies got there, through consistent, heartfelt engagement. When the heart believes what God says, His grace empowers you to live it.

Use AI to create a meditation script in your own voice. Sample prompt: Create a script for a meditation. Set it in a tropical beach, in first person present or past tense, so it’s clear I already have the things I desire. Include perfect health, self discipline, loving relationships, godly self concept and prioritize my relationship with God.
Then use another device to play soothing music or nature sounds in the background as you record the script. Do an morning version to set the tone for your day and an evening version to lull you into sleep.

Messterpiece: Turning Life’s Messes into God’s Masterpiece
Life can feel like a canvas splattered with mistakes—broken relationships, financial struggles, missed opportunities, or moments we wish we could erase. But what if those messes aren’t the end of the story? What if they’re the raw materials God uses to craft a masterpiece?
Welcome to the Messterpiece—the beautiful truth that God, through His infinite love and creativity, transforms our chaos into something glorious.
In my own journey, I’ve walked through the fire of narcissistic abuse, endured a long, acrimonious divorce, faced rejection from family and friends, wrestled with crushing debt, cared for loved ones with mental health challenges, and battled debilitating anxiety and grief. Yet, through the love and patience revelation of God’s heart, discipling believers and sharing God’s true nature of all goodness, I’ve seen how Yeshua takes our deepest struggles and weaves them into a tapestry of purpose.
Whether it’s a fractured bond, a shattered dream, or a past regret, Yeshua invites us to hand Him the brush and watch Him paint something extraordinary.
The Divine Artist at Work
The Bible reminds us in Romans 8:28 that “all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” This isn’t a promise of a mess-free life but a guarantee that no mess is beyond God’s redemption. Think of Joseph, sold into slavery, falsely accused, and imprisoned—his life looked like a series of disasters. Yet, God used those messes to elevate him, saving nations and reuniting his family (Genesis 50:20). Your messes, too, are part of God’s masterpiece.
Yeshua Himself showed us this truth. The cross, a symbol of suffering and shame, became the ultimate masterpiece of salvation. If God can transform a crucifixion into resurrection, imagine what He can do with your broken pieces.
Turning Messes into Masterpieces
How do we partner with God to turn our messterpieces into masterpieces? Here are three steps, inspired by faith and practical wisdom:
Surrender the Mess to Yeshua
In my daily meditations and time in the secret place with Hin, I’ve learned surrender is the first step. Bring your mess—whether it’s rejection, abandonment, overwhelming heartbreak, financial ruin, or overwhelming grief—to Yeshua in prayer. Lay it at His feet, trusting He sees the potential in what feels broken. He’s already seen the end of your situation and declared His plans for you good (Jeremiah 29:11). Psalm 51:17 says, “A broken and contrite heart, O God, You will not despise.” Your honesty opens the door for His healing.
Reframe the Narrative with Faith
Imagine your mess through God’s eyes. Picture a painful moment—abuse, a harsh word, a financial loss—and, in your mind, go to the moment just before the devastation. Rewrite it with a redemptive outcome, guided by Yeshua’s peace, provision, or reconciliation. This isn’t denying reality; it’s aligning your heart with God’s promise of abundance (John 10:10) and restoration (Joel 2:25). By reframing the past, you plant seeds for a hopeful future.
Act in Alignment with the Kingdom
God’s masterpiece unfolds when we take Holy Spirit inspired action and often even before the action is taken, often as soon as we take our focus off the mess and place it on the Master. As our perspective shifts to hope, our heart lifts, and faith moves us forward. For me, discipling believers, writing books and creating YouTube content to share God’s goodness is part of this. For you, it might mean forgiving someone, pursuing a dream despite setbacks, or serving others. Ask, “What would the Kingdom version of me do?” Then take one small step—write a letter, make a call, or start that project. God multiplies our even our smallest efforts when we move in faith.
Your Mess, God’s Canvas
Your life may feel like a messterpiece right now, but God is the ultimate Artist. He sees the beauty in your struggles, the potential in your pain, and the purpose in your chaos. By surrendering to Yeshua, reframing your story, and acting in faith, you allow Him to craft a masterpiece that reflects His glory and your abundant life. As I ride the waves of life, I’m reminded that God uses every mess to shape our destiny. Your story isn’t over—it’s a messterpiece in progress, and the best is yet to come.
What’s one mess you’re ready to surrender to God? Share in the comments or join me on YouTube for more inspiration on living the abundant life. Let’s trust Yeshua to turn our messes into masterpieces together!
Shalom
