This private Tuscan Affair Party on June 18 brought guests together for an evening of Italian-inspired cuisine, great conversation, and hands-on cooking with Mickey Kitterman.

The menu featured:

๐Ÿฅฉ Seared rib-eye steak with rosemary and roasted garlic
๐Ÿง€ Baked polenta with gorgonzola and spinach

Our Icing on The Cake class with Amanda Klenov on June 18 guided students through the art of cake decorating from start to finish.

Working with six-inch vanilla cakes fresh from the oven, guests learned:

โœจ The secrets to a smooth crumb coat and flawless finish
๐Ÿงˆ Proper buttercream consistency for decorating success
๐ŸŒธ Piping techniques using a variety of pastry tips

Our Another One Bites the Crust class with Lydia Gwin on June 18 celebrated sweet and savory pies in all shapes and sizes.

Guests rolled, filled, baked, and enjoyed:

๐Ÿณ Eggs Florentine and gruyรจre breakfast slab pie with a hash brown-bacon crust

From comforting savory creations to bright citrus desserts, this hands-on class proved that pie isn't just for dessert.

Our private Knife Skills for Youth Event on June 18 gave this energetic group the opportunity to build confidence in the kitchen while learning one of the most important culinary fundamentals.

Led by Matt Sassman, students practiced:

Our sold-out Jan and Matt are Spรคtzle-ly Fun class on June 17 combined great food, German-inspired comfort dishes, and the entertaining camaraderie of Jan Reid and Matt Sassman.

Guests enjoyed a front-row seat at the counter as Jan and Matt shared stories, laughs, and plenty of culinary expertise while preparing:

Our A Great British Bake Off โ€” A Berry Edition class with Mickey Kitterman on June 17 celebrated the flavors of summer with a lineup of berry-filled desserts worthy of a handshake from Paul Hollywood.

Guests rolled up their sleeves and created:
